Southern Season Class: Carnitas Fiesta

The Southern Season Cooking Class: Carnitas Fiesta, will be taught by Devany Vickery-Davidson, a well-traveled chef that currently manages the Spice and Tea Exchange in Charleston. As a result from her travels around the world Devany creates unique dishes such as carnitas, which translates to "little meats". A couple items on the menu include, Best Carnitas Ever served with Avocado, Onions and Chiles and Mexican Flourless Chocolate Cake with Ancho Chile.
