Southern Season Class: Learn at Lunch - Autumn Salads

Participate in this one-hour class taught by chef Marilyn Markel and learn the difference between a summer salad and a autumnal salad. Instead of fresh fruit, learn what hearty vegetables you can top your salad with by preparing things such as farro, sage, and chicken salad and pecan and cranberry salad.
