The Southern Season Cooking Class: Pancakes, will be taught by the cooking school staff. This form of bread is very versatile and goes beyond just the normal breakfast food with butter and syrup. Throughout this class you will take a closer look at this famous dish and learn new ways to present it. A couple items on the menu include, Savory Salmon and Cream Cheese Pancakes and German Pancakes with Homemade Jam.
