The Southern Season Class: Upscale Party Foods of the Past, will be taught by the Cooking School Staff. This class will focus on taking simple foods such as pizza and salad and turning them into something special. Pizza with toppings such as Pesto and Parmesan and a Swanky Salad are just two of the many reinvented items on the menu.
