Leila Schardt and Tito Marino, co-executive chefs of Monza & Closed for Business will prepare the food, and cocktails will be created by Boris Van Dyck of ICEBOX, Kelsey Schulz of The Cocktail Club, Craig Nelson of Proof, Jason Robey of Indaco, and Brent Swetman of the Rarebit.
