Coast Bar & Grill and S.C. Aquarium host a Sustainable Seafood Dinner that’s sure to please any foodie. Executive Chef David Pell will prepare a four-course dinner featuring eco-friendly maritime fare, all accompanied by complementary wine pairings.
The menu will feature local stone and blue crabcakes and bacon-wrapped local shrimp with a pomegranate glaze and sweet and spicy slaw. Pell will also introduce a seared grouper paired with potato ham croquettes and sautéed local vegetable ragout. To top it all off, Pell ends the dinner strongly with a lady’s best friend: white chocolate and vanilla cheesecake topped with fresh berries.
Coast will donate 10 percent of the proceeds to Sustainable Seafood Initiative.
