This is a monthly pairing of French wines with five course gourmet dinner, including amuse bouche, saucisson with shredded vegetables, trout quennels with crawfish sauce, leg of lamb en croute, cheese plate and bugnes lyonnaise (lemon fritters). This month, the restaurant will feature the wines of the Rhone Valley.
