COOKING CLASS | Cordavi cooks!
Chef David Szlam Demonstration
Thurs. Aug. 2,
6:30 p.m.
Charleston Cooks!
194 E. Bay St.,

Chef David Szlam’s cooking has won some attention over at Cordavi, where he and his partner Chef Corey Elliott whip up a frenzy of innovative fare. This week, he steps away from his kitchen for a quick demonstration of cooking techniques. He’ll show the class at Charleston Cooks! how to take a boring old soup and transform it into a dazzling gourmet sauce, perfect for the summer season. You’ll walk away from this class with enough know-how to really impress your friends at that next gathering. —Stephanie Barna THURSDAY
