The Night Before Christmas

When: Sat., Dec. 23, 1-2 p.m. 2017

Chamber Music Charleston invites all the good boys and girls to The Night Before Christmas concert. The sing-along event brings members of the chamber (Regina Helcher Yost, flute; Charles Messersmith, clarinet; Frances Hsieh, violin; Timothy O’Malley, cello) to perform all the kid favorites this time of year. From “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer,” to “Jingle Bells”, you’d be a Scrooge to not join in. As the music plays on, epic tales of Christmas such as “The Night Before Christmas” and “Snowmen at Christmas” will also be read by actors from Actors’ Theatre of South Carolina. Kid will overjoyed when Elsa from Disney’s Frozen makes an appearance as well. This concert is $12 for adults and $6 for children to ensure the whole family can embrace the Christmas spirit. “We understand the holidays are expensive…” CMC writes, “and this is our little gift to the community.”
