Father Abraham. Young choreographer and dancer Kyle Abraham, founder of the Brooklyn-based contemporary dance troupe Abraham.In.Motion. has been widely praised for his visionary approach to post-modern dance. He's won multiple fellowships and grants, and OUT Magazine even called him one of the "best and brightest creative talents to emerge in New York City in the age of Obama."

Radio silence. Growing up in Pittsburgh, the urban radio stations were hugely influential for Abraham, and when they shuttered, they left a gaping hole in the community. Using a diverse soundtrack representing both the local AM and FM stations, Abraham and his tight-knit crew explore the effects of losing this vital form of communication. On another level, the show hits on Abraham's reaction to his late father's diagnosis with Alzheimer's and aphasia.

You'll never see the same show twice. "It kind of changes every time I do the show," Abraham says. "I don't really know how the audience is going to react and how I'm going to react to the audience's interaction. So that's always a constant shift."
