The Roasted Goat

Celebrated chefs from Charleston, New York, New Orleans, Nashville, Atlanta, and beyond will be serving up big and bold flavors. Palate-pleasing beer from Fullsteam Brewery, cocktails by High Wire Distilling Co., and an assortment of Virginia’s finest wine and ciders will complement a smokin’ spread of goat (as well as other tasty meats) roasted over an open flame. Sounds from Rising Star, a live fife and drum band, will fill the evening air.
