Chef Greg Garrison of Prohibition is partnering with GrowFood Carolina to celebrate the bounty of local summer tomatoes. At the Prohibition Tomato Dinner, Chef Garrison will be joined in the kitchen by Chef Tim Morton of Mercantile + Mash. The two chefs share a passion for seasonal cooking and will showcase the versatile summer ingredient with a 6-course menu featuring tomato-based dishes. Guests can also look forward to several unique, tomato-inspired cocktails from Prohibition head bartender, Jim McCourt.
