Chef Ramon Taimanglo has created a four-course menu complete with wine pairings by Wine and Beverage Director Patrick Emerson. The High Cotton team will be joined by Silver Oak Winemaker Ben Crane who will interact with guests and provide tasting notes on each course’s wine, provided by Silver Oak and Twomey wineries. Reservations required.
