Vegan Dinner at Caviar & Bananas

Caviar & Bananas is pleased to host its first Vegan Dinner, featuring mouthwatering and inventive vegan creations by Executive Chef Scott Roule and Sous Chef Tim Campau. Scott and Tim have assembled an amazing menu with a wide variety of options. The dinner will be three courses and guests can select from things such as a Crispy Heart Of Palm-Veggie Cake; Carrot Osso Buccu with spring onions and a porcini mushroom broth; Grilled Black Bean Burger with parsnip “bacon”; Zucchini and Carrot Ribbons tossed with pesto, peas, tomatoes and pan fried tofu and more.
