A private dining experience featuring 3 courses of distinctive Wild Game Dishes, sides plus dessert all prepared by Chef Jimmy Owens. The dishes will be paired with Holy City Beers who selected the right matches. The Dinner will feature the wild game meats - duck, rabbit, and bison. These dishes are being prepared exclusively for this dining event.
