Jamie Lin Snider gained a lot of fans (myself included) at Charleston Fashion Week this past March with her innovative line of cocktail dresses in shades of seafoam and black. She's been hard at work since then, and she recently unveiled Avant Garde Spats.
What are spats, you ask? They're shoe accessories that were popular, mostly with men, in the 19th and early 20th centuries — but Snider's given them a modern spin. Available in leather shades of hot pink, nude, rust, and more, the spats slip over your favorite pair of heels, giving them a bold new look. These one-of-a-kind accessories go for $80 a pop. They are available on Snider's Etsy site or at Eden Boheme.
